Here are some pictures from the last week from my trips to Sand Key condo complexes with a client:
View from the living room window of a ‘corner unit’ in a Sand Key complex on the beach. It is halfway back in the building but the corner units jut out and so their living room wall has this window with a great view of the beach and the Gulf.
This condo is at the end of the building and directly over the beach with a direct Gulf view. This balcony is entered right from the living room and you have this kind of view sitting on your sofa too.
This condo did not have a very good Gulf view from the balcony but I was able to take this picture that looks north along Gulf Blvd. to give you a feel for Sand Key and its highrise condos.
This is a view from the master bedroom of the Sand Key condo that is the corner unit described above.
Here’s the view from the balcony of the corner unit described above showing what you see in the other direction – the Intracoastal waterway and downtown Clearwater in the distance.
This is the view from the other balcony of the end unit condo on Sand Key.
This picture was taken from the parking lot of the shopping center on Sand Key (that has a Columbia restaurant in it) showing the highrises across the street – this gives you a good feel for what it is like there.
