The Isle of Sand Key Condos are not directly on the beach, they are on the east side of Gulf Blvd., but even so you can get a condo there with a very nice view of the Gulf of Mexico and Intracoastal waterway if you find a condo in the right position in the building.
This 1974 building has 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condos with either 1300 or 1500 sq. ft.
This complex has 24 hour security, covered parking and also has boat slips available for rental at between $65 and $120 a month. The amenities include a solar-heated pool, fitness center, BBQ and picnic area and clubhouse.
Some of the condos have been upgraded with things like granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and others are in need of updating which is reflected in the prices you will see.
