Located directly on the beach on the Sand Key section of Clearwater Beach, Harbour Light Towers not only gives you great views of the Gulf and Intracoastal – it also is one of the condo complexes where you can (sometimes) get some of the better deals.
Harbour Light Towers on Sand Key is an 18 story building built in 1974 and has studio, one bedroom and two bedroom condos in it. The studio condos are 625 sq. ft., the 1 bedroom condos are 915 sq. ft. and the 2 bedroom units are 1100 sq. ft. The living areas of all condos face the Gulf with nice balconies to sit out on and enjoy the view.
Sales in 2011 and early 2012 were good with 2 bedroom condos going for $275,000 to $300,000 for condos that need the most upgrading and $310,000 to $360,000 for those with various levels of remodeling and upgrading. These are good prices for a direct Gulf view condo on Sand Key.
