Ron Nedd is a licensed Realtor who specializes in beach condos and waterfront property in the Tampa Bay/Clearwater/Clearwater Beach area and has been mostly a buyer’s agent since beginning his real estate career.
“I utilize the skills I’ve learned in my previous careers as an IT specialist, management consultant and Chiropractor to ensure that my real estate clients get the best possible service.
I began my career as a Realtor in 2004 at the beginning of the real estate boom here in Florida. Even though it was a seller’s market I focused my efforts on being a buyer’s agent and spent additional time and took additional training to get certified as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative with the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors. I do help some sellers in selling their house but over 90% of what I do is assist buyers in getting through the stressful and complex process of purchasing so they can successful buy the condo, house or townhouse they really want.
The first part of my job to help you find the home or condo that you really want. I’ve designed this site to provide you with information that will make this easier and give you the ability to search through listings in the MLS on your own.
The next part of my job is to assist you with all the steps of purchasing the home or condo you want to buy. This begins with preparing an offer and continues through the negotiations, inspections and all actions that result in a successful closing. In the current real estate market with foreclosures and short sale, lenders making it more difficult for even well-qualified buyers and all the other difficulties that make the process a challenge to get through and I do whatever I can to help my clients get through this with the least amount of stress and get to a successful closing.
I wasn’t always a Realtor and but my past experience has helped me do a better job in my new profession. I had my own Chiropractic clinic in Minnesota from 1982 to 1989, was a management consultant from 1989 through 1995 for doctors across the U.S. and Canada and then was a Systems Manager in charge of all computer, software, phone and administrative systems in a large company in Los Angeles from 1996 through 2003.
I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio; went to Chiropractic college in St. Louis, Missouri and have lived & worked in Cincinnati, Ohio; Minneapolis, Minnesota; and Los Angeles, California.
